Our mission is simple: ensuring everyone has access to healthcare that is simple, inclusive and affordable. Despite over 90% of Americans being covered by health insurance, even a small, unexpected medical event could push many Americans into bankruptcy. Nearly 1 in 10 Americans have significant medical debt.
In the wake of the Transparency in Coverage Rule, CURES Act and others, we believe the healthcare industry is on the cusp of a massive shift. We foresee a market network where patients, payers and providers collaborate throughout the healthcare journey, from encouraging preventive care to illuminating care pathway options. We believe this will unlock the true potential of value-based-care, and ultimately lead to lower aggregate healthcare costs.
Our co-founders had successful careers in a diverse set of domains: clinical care, healthcare consulting and FAANG. We are backed by high profile healthcare investors such as AlphaLab Health as well as the Small Business Innovation Research program (SBIR).
