Nearly 1 in 5 children have a mental, emotional, or behavioral disorder, with only 20% of those children getting the specialized care they need.  Layer in the long-term effects where: (1) 70% of US counties don’t have a single child psychiatrist, and (2) anxiety and depression symptoms have doubled since the pandemic – it’s clear the problem is only increasing across families everywhere.  

While in-person mental healthcare has evolved significantly, telehealth has not -- and even less so for children.  Kismet Health is here to change that.  Backed by Offline Ventures and Incite Ventures, Kismet is building the pediatric mental telehealth service of the future.  Started by a Clinical Child Psychologist and a Silicon Valley veteran, together this BIPOC female-founded team has a unique perspective on the mental health demands of working families and is reinventing pediatric mental health for the 21st century.
